Share Buyers Agent Commission

When buying a home, the wisest buyers choose to use a buyer’s agent. Not everyone has heard of this concept, but it’s a great idea.

Nowadays, unwise people are relying solely on information they find online, but that information can be outdated and/or inaccurate. A buyer’s agent can help you find property that may not even show up online. A buyer’s agent is a person who works for you, has your best interests at heart. Your buyer’s agent will advocate for you, going over the paperwork to make sure everything is in order. Your buyer’s agent will negotiate price for you. Your buyer’s agent knows about trends in the market and will apprise you of those trends. Your agent will help you figure out your wants and needs, what are absolute musts, and what are simply preferred. Your agent will be there for the inspection and help give advice on repairs, even negotiating repairs you may want done before you buy the house. Your buyer will be there at the closing to make sure all loose ends are taken care of and the paperwork accurately reflects the buyer’s wishes. In short, your buyer’s agent will be there through every step of the process to make sure that things go smoothly.

As your buyer’s agent, I offer an added incentive, and that is that I will share my commission with you, the buyer. The buyer’s agent gets paid by receiving a percentage of the sale price of the home. When I receive that commission, I give half of that commission back to you. It’s a great way for you to get my expertise, and a little extra cash to boot.

I’m aware of the fact that buying a home can be a long and thorny process, it’s my job to make that process easier and smoother for you, to provide you with my expertise and advice. Give me a call today and let’s get to work on buying the house of your dreams.
