Some houses need some work before they are move-in ready. Figuring out which repairs are reasonable to ask for and keeping that balance can be a tricky transaction. As your buyers agent, I’ve got the expertise to know what to ask for and how much to expect. Paperwork. This is huge. When it comes to making such a major purchase, you’ll have a lot of paperwork to wade through. Having someone on your side who understands that paperwork and the legalese can be an immense benefit. And, it can save you from missing important facts.
