If you’re buying a home, getting a buyers agent is a very smart decision. You don’t have to pay your buyer’s agent–their commission is a certain percentage of the sale price of the home. In fact, if you use us as your buyers agent, we’ll split that commission in half with you! Essentially we’re paying you to let us help you buy your home. You can’t beat a deal like that.

As someone who is familiar with the real estate market, I can tell you when a home is over priced, and after we’ve gone through your list of must-haves, I’ll know which houses to weed out. I can save you a lot of time by finding houses that are actually worth the price they are listed at. Or, I can help negotiate prices down to one you’re comfortable with. Requesting Repairs. Some houses need some work before they are move-in ready. Figuring out which repairs are reasonable to ask for and keeping that balance can be a tricky transaction. As your buyers agent, I’ve got the expertise to know what to ask for and how much to expect. Paperwork. This is huge. When it comes to making such a major purchase, you’ll have a lot of paperwork to wade through. Having someone on your side who understands that paperwork and the legalese can be an immense benefit. And, it can save you from missing important facts.
